Brunch Catering

Big Boards Catering serves fresh, beautifully styled brunch catering across Clermont, FL, with custom late morning menus built for showers, celebrations, and corporate gatherings.

The Top Brunch Catering in clermont, FL

Big Boards Catering brings warm, elegant brunch catering to late morning celebrations across Clermont, FL. Chef Andy Raphael owns and operates the company, and he plans every brunch menu with the same hands on care he gives an evening event. We build each spread around the occasion, the guest list, and the relaxed pace that makes brunch feel like a treat. Classics like Chicken & Biscuits, Jumbo Shrimp & Cheese Grits, and deviled eggs in playful varieties anchor the table with real comfort. Elegant touches such as Norwegian Smoked Salmon with Creme Fraiche Capers Red Onions and Diced Tomatoes give the spread a polished, bagel shop meets bistro feel. Fresh fruit displays and bright salads balance the richer dishes so the whole table feels like morning. Our team handles delivery, setup, service, and cleanup, which lets the host pour mimosas instead of plating food. Dietary needs, from vegetarian guests to allergies, get planned from the first call. Fresh ingredients and disciplined prep keep every platter consistent from the first arrival to the last cup of coffee. We scale comfortably from ten guests around a kitchen island to a hundred at a venue. Pricing stays transparent and itemized from the first estimate. When you book Big Boards Catering, your brunch gets a partner who takes the easiest looking meal of the day seriously.

Andy and his crew absolutely knocked it out of the park catering my cousin’s bridal shower at our home. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The food was exceptional—beautifully presented and even better tasting (guests are still talking about it). Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated the entire event. The service was just as impressive. Andy and his team were professional, attentive, and made everything feel effortless on our end. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly so we could actually enjoy the day. I would recommend Andy to anyone without hesitation and will definitely be using him again for future events. Five stars all the way!

I just have to say—Andy absolutely knocked it out of the park. The food was incredible from start to finish, but the shrimp and grits were on another level. Hands down the best shrimp I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just melt-in-your-mouth good. You can tell a lot of care and skill went into every bite. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this to everyone I know!

Thank you to the Big Boards Catering Team for the community support by sponsoring Windermere Wine & Dine (multiple years and in very cold temperatures outdoors with smiles on their faces), Matthew's Hope catered fundraising evening, and so many local charities. Beyond your Team's generous hearts and great attitudes, the food that you gifted was delicious, creative, and "Pinteresting." Your company has created jobs and opportunities for so many people, including former students of mine that I taught during their high school years. I am honored to recommend Big Boards Catering to my clients and friends without hesitation because I know that consistently they show up and bring the wow-factor as well as caring for their employees. You are ambassadors of the very best in event/wedding catering industry for professional standards - both in food and business practices. The high level of thought and consideration put into the planning and execution of their events is truly incredible. Everything, from the quality of the food, to the harmony of the items on the menu, to the presentation and its appeal, reflect the care and work ethic these folks pour into their work. My family has been attending functions and parties put on by the purveyors of this business since they were located in Coral Springs, and if anything they have only gotten better. The high reviews speak for themselves, and they only want customer satisfaction as their main goal. They will go out of their way to make your party/event the way you want it: a memorable one that you and your guests will talk about for a long time after it's done.

I don’t even know where to begin Andy, Teresa, and the entire team at Big Boards Catering absolutely blew us away for our very first Empowered Electrical Christmas party. From the moment everything was set up, you could tell this was next-level. The presentation alone was stunning, but then you take a bite and it just gets better. Every single item was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. You could taste the care, the quality, and the intention behind every detail. Nothing sat, nothing felt prepped hours before. It was all dialed in perfectly. Our team could not stop talking about the spread. People were going back for seconds and thirds, just trying to experience everything. It honestly turned into one of the highlights of the entire night and made our first Christmas party as a company that much more special. What made it even more powerful was the moment itself. After everything we accomplished in our first year at Empowered, the night carried a lot of emotion for our team. To have Andy, Teresa, and their team there catering that experience and serving at such a high level made it something we will never forget. It is honestly hard to even put into words what that meant to all of us. What stood out even more was the professionalism and heart behind it all. Andy and Teresa didn’t just cater an event, they elevated the entire experience and made it feel special for every single person there. If you are even thinking about hiring a catering company, stop looking. This is the one. Big Boards Catering set a standard that is going to be hard for anyone else to touch. Thank you guys for making our first Empowered Electrical Christmas party unforgettable. We will 100 percent be back.

Brunch Catering in Clermont

Our brunch service is based in Clermont, and the coffee hour crowd keeps us moving across Central Florida. We serve late morning gatherings in Winter Garden, Horizon West, and Windermere, where patio brunches and clubhouse events are a weekend tradition. Orlando, Baldwin Park, and Winter Park hosts book us for garden parties, office brunches, and venue celebrations. We run regular routes north to Lake Mary, Longwood, Maitland, and Altamonte Springs. Dr. Phillips and Gotha families lean toward polished spreads with full styling, and we deliver exactly that. Lake County neighbors in Minneola, Groveland, and Mascotte get the same doorstep service as our hometown clients. Celebration and Kissimmee sit comfortably inside our range near the resort corridor. Every city receives the same early morning prep, the same punctual arrival, and the same fresh table.

Presentation turns a good brunch into a memorable one, and styling is where Big Boards Catering built its name. A brunch grazing table layers cheeses, fruit, breads, honey, and smoked salmon into a centerpiece guests photograph before they touch. Boards like Whipped Brie with Honey Salt & Fruit and Ricotta & Burrata with Roasted Red Peppers Tomatoes & Balsamic fit the morning palette perfectly. Individual Charcuterie Cups keep elegant bites tidy for guests balancing coffee cups and conversation. The Fresh Seasonal Fruit Display adds color that carries the whole table. We style everything to the occasion, from soft florals for a shower to clean lines for a corporate morning. Tiered displays add height that makes even a modest spread feel abundant. A brunch table should look like the morning light was invited, and ours always does.

Morning events run on tighter clocks than evening ones, and our logistics respect that. Prep starts before sunrise so the food arrives fresh rather than reheated. We set up quietly and early, often while the household is still finishing coffee. Hot items like grits and biscuits get timed to the guest arrival window, not to our convenience. Servers keep platters rotated and coffee side snacks refreshed through the whole gathering. Food temperatures get monitored carefully, because brunch dishes sit in a warmer room as the morning heats up. Cleanup wraps quickly after the event, since hosts often have afternoons planned. A brunch should end with a relaxed host and a clean kitchen, and ours do.

Stations and sweet finishes give a brunch its playful side. A Mashed Potato Bar reads surprisingly well at brunch, loaded with toppings that echo a loaded hash. The Mac & Cheese Bar keeps kids and grown ups equally happy at family gatherings. Our Viral Dessert Cup Bar closes the morning with Strawberries & Pound Cake Dessert Cups under Nutella, Caramel, or White Chocolate toppings. French Macarons and Cream Puffs pair with coffee the way they were always meant to. Mini Cannolis and Individual Cheesecake Bites give the sweet table variety without heaviness. Stations double as entertainment, which suits the lingering pace of a brunch crowd. Sweet endings send guests into their afternoon smiling, and that is the entire point of brunch.

Planning a brunch with us is deliberately simple. Chef Andy Raphael starts with a free planning session covering the occasion, the guest count, the venue, and the budget. We ask about the crowd, since a shower brunch and a corporate brunch call for different energy. Dietary needs get gathered early, and vegetarian and gluten conscious options get woven across the menu rather than isolated. Nut, dairy, and shellfish allergies get tracked from the first call through final service, with clear labels on every platter. Service style gets matched to the event, from styled drop off to fully staffed mornings. Itemized pricing keeps the budget clear, especially when families or coworkers share costs. A calm plan the week before is why the morning itself feels effortless.

Commonly Asked Brunch Catering Questions

Brunch catering covers the late morning menu, the styled table, the timing, and the setup and cleanup behind a relaxed daytime gathering. The questions below answer what Clermont hosts search for most before booking a brunch.

Brunch catering cost depends on the guest count, the menu, and the service style the morning needs. Across Central Florida, most catered brunches land between roughly eighteen and forty dollars per guest. A spread built on deviled eggs, fruit, crostini, and one warm dish sits near the middle of that range. Premium additions like smoked salmon and shrimp with grits move the total higher. Styled drop off service costs meaningfully less than a fully staffed morning. Staffing, rentals, and travel appear as clear line items when they apply. Big Boards Catering itemizes every estimate so hosts see exactly where each dollar goes. The invoice always matches the quote, with nothing hidden between them.

The menu drives the number more than any other factor. Brunch staples like eggs, fruit, and biscuits deliver abundance at an efficient price. Seafood items like smoked salmon and shrimp add elegance at a real but predictable cost. One warm centerpiece dish often satisfies more than three cold platters combined. We help hosts decide where to spend for impact and where a simpler choice works just as well. Trimming one item frequently funds an upgrade guests will actually notice. A dessert cup bar adds interaction without a dramatic jump in cost. Every element gets priced clearly before anything is confirmed.

Headcount and timing shape the rest of the estimate. Each guest adds food, serving pieces, and sometimes staff hours. Locking the RSVP list a week out keeps the quote accurate. Weekend mornings book heavier than weekdays, which can affect staffing rates. Larger groups usually pull the per guest price down through volume. Corporate brunches sometimes carry different logistics than home gatherings, and we price each honestly. Your free planning session walks through every one of these levers. Call with your date and your list, and we will price the brunch down to the line.

A great brunch menu balances sweet, savory, rich, and fresh across one generous table. Deviled eggs in varieties like Everything Bagel and Bacon Maple give guests the classic brunch bite with a twist. A warm centerpiece such as Chicken & Biscuits or Jumbo Shrimp & Cheese Grits anchors the spread. Norwegian Smoked Salmon with Creme Fraiche Capers Red Onions and Diced Tomatoes brings the elegance of a lox board without the deli line. Fresh Fruit Salad with Epic Dressing and a seasonal fruit display keep the table bright. Ricotta Crostini with Honey & Walnuts covers the sweet and creamy craving beautifully. Coffee friendly desserts like Cream Puffs and French Macarons close the morning. We tailor the exact mix to the occasion and the crowd.

The occasion should steer the menu’s personality. Shower brunches lean elegant, with crostini, skewers, and a styled grazing table. Family holiday brunches want comfort first, so biscuits, grits, and Mac & Cheese earn their spots. Corporate brunches need tidy, easy to serve items that respect a schedule. Post wedding brunches feed tired guests generously, and heartier dishes shine there. Kids at family gatherings need simple, familiar plates. Mimosa friendly menus favor lighter, brighter bites alongside the host’s own beverage setup. The right menu matches the room’s energy, and we design for that.

A few structural choices make any brunch menu stronger. One warm dish, two or three cold platters, fruit, and a sweet finish covers most gatherings completely. Variety in texture matters as much as variety in flavor. Vegetarian options should appear across the spread rather than in one corner. Portion sizes stay generous, because brunch guests graze longer than dinner guests. Labels help guests navigate allergens with confidence. Presentation carries brunch further than any other meal, so styling deserves real attention. Tell us the occasion, and we will build the table around it.

Plan on a full plate per guest plus grazing, since brunch usually replaces both breakfast and lunch. A working estimate is one serving of a warm dish, three to four cold bites, fruit, and a dessert per person. Brunch crowds linger longer than dinner crowds, and lingering guests keep eating. Grazing tables stretch well because guests portion themselves in small rounds across the morning. Coffee drives dessert consumption higher than hosts expect. We factor the schedule and the occasion into every portion calculation. A sensible buffer covers second helpings and late arrivals. The goal is a table that still looks generous when the last guest leaves.

Timing changes brunch appetites in predictable ways. A ten o’clock start catches guests hungry, and the warm dishes disappear fast. A noon start behaves more like lunch, so heartier portions matter. Events with mimosas or cocktails see guests eat noticeably more. Showers with games and gift opening stretch the timeline, which increases grazing. Corporate brunches run tighter windows and need food ready the moment the room opens. We map portions to your start time and run of show. Years of Central Florida mornings keep our counts sharp.

Variety keeps the math efficient across a mixed crowd. When guests can sample several items, they take smaller portions of each. We weight the favorites, like deviled eggs and anything with bacon, with deeper backup. Dietary counts shape how much of each category gets prepped. Kids portions run lighter, which balances family heavy lists. Leftovers get packaged safely for the host at the end of the morning. Very little goes to waste when the plan is built on real numbers. Share the headcount and the start time, and we will size everything precisely.

Most catered brunches start between ten in the morning and noon, and that window exists for good reasons. A ten o’clock start catches guests genuinely hungry and gives the event a true morning feel. An eleven o’clock start remains the most popular choice, balancing sleep schedules with appetite. Noon starts drift toward lunch territory, which shifts the menu heavier. Earlier starts around nine suit corporate mornings and church adjacent gatherings. The start time drives our prep schedule, since everything gets cooked fresh that morning. We arrive early enough that the table is fully styled before the first guest. Pick the time that suits your crowd, and we will build the timeline backward from it.

The occasion often decides the hour for you. Bridal and baby showers favor late morning starts that leave the afternoon free. Post wedding brunches usually land between ten and eleven, before guests check out and travel. Holiday brunches stretch longer and can start earlier to fit family schedules. Corporate brunches anchor to the meeting calendar, and we work around it precisely. Weekend brunches can run later than weekday ones without losing guests. Kids heavy gatherings do better earlier, before nap schedules collide with dessert. We have seen every version, and we plan the food service to match.

Duration matters as much as the start time. Most brunches run two to three hours, and the food plan should cover the full window. Warm dishes get staged so late arrivals still eat well. Platters get rotated and refreshed rather than set out once and abandoned. Desserts often land in the second hour, when coffee cups get refilled. We plan holding and replenishment around your specific timeline. A brunch that ends with fresh food on the table feels abundant to the very last guest. Tell us your window and we will manage every minute of it.

Yes, we cater brunches at private homes and venues across Central Florida. Home brunches are the heart of this service, from Clermont kitchens to Winter Garden patios where morning light does half the styling. We adapt the setup to your space, your furniture, and the natural flow of the rooms. Small kitchens are never a problem because the food arrives prepped and ready to finish. Venue brunches at clubhouses, gardens, offices, and event spaces run just as smoothly. We coordinate directly with venue managers on access, timing, and rules. Outdoor mornings get planned around Florida heat, shade, and food safety. The location changes our logistics, never the quality on the table.

Home hosting comes with details we quietly manage. The spread gets placed where guests flow past it naturally instead of crowding one doorway. We bring serving equipment, so your dishes stay in the cabinet and your sink stays empty. Power, refrigeration, and counter space get confirmed before the date. Setup happens early and quietly, often before the household finishes its first coffee. The host’s mimosa or coffee station gets its own space in the layout plan. Breakdown wraps quickly so the afternoon stays free. Hosting brunch at home stops feeling like cooking for twenty.

Venues bring rules, and we know how to work within them. Load in windows, kitchen policies, and paperwork get sorted early. We have served offices, clubhouses, and event rooms across Orlando, Winter Park, and Lake Mary. Morning venue access can be tight, and we plan arrival times around it. Our timeline respects your rental window so no fees appear. Unfamiliar layouts get a walkthrough when questions come up. Every event receives a written arrival, setup, and breakdown plan. Yes, corporate brunch catering is a growing part of our weekly calendar. Morning meetings, client appreciation events, team celebrations, and weekend retreats all suit the format. We build corporate menus around easy service, tidy portions, and food that respects a schedule. Individual Charcuterie Cups and handheld bites keep a working room fed without slowing it down. Warm centerpieces like Chicken & Biscuits turn a routine meeting into a morale event. Coffee friendly desserts close the morning on a high note. Setup happens before the room opens, and breakdown happens without interrupting the agenda. Office managers get one point of contact and zero surprises.

Corporate logistics differ from home events, and we plan for the difference. Building access, elevators, and loading docks get confirmed in advance. Service windows run tight, so food arrives ready the moment the calendar says it should. Boxed or individual options work well for teams that eat at their desks. Buffet style suits open meetings and celebrations with room to gather. Dietary needs across a workforce get labeled clearly so no one guesses. Invoicing and documentation follow whatever process your office requires. Reliability is the entire product for corporate clients, and we deliver it.

Recurring corporate brunches earn extra value over time. Standing monthly or quarterly orders get streamlined menus and faster planning. We track what your team loved and refine the spread each visit. Volume across recurring bookings can improve the pricing meaningfully. Seasonal touches keep a repeated event from feeling repeated. New employee welcomes and milestone celebrations slot easily into an existing rhythm. One reliable caterer removes a recurring task from the office manager’s plate. Start with one brunch and see how easy the mornings become.

Most hosts book brunch catering two to five weeks ahead. Weekend mornings fill fastest across Central Florida, especially in spring. Holiday brunches around Easter, Mother’s Day, and December deserve the longest lead time of all. Booking early protects your preferred date and start time. Custom touches like colored macarons need ordering lead time. Big Boards Catering can often take smaller brunches on shorter notice. Availability always comes down to our calendar for your date. An early call keeps every option open.

Lead time makes the whole morning calmer. Menus get refined thoughtfully instead of decided under pressure. Hosts coordinating showers need time to align with cohosts and decorators. Venue access details settle faster without a deadline pressing. A deposit locks the date on our calendar. Final headcounts a week out keep the estimate accurate. Chef Andy Raphael plans best with room to breathe. Calm planning shows up on the table.

Short notice brunches are very doable when our schedule allows. Grazing spreads and cold platters assemble quickly because board work is our daily craft. A beautiful morning can come together in under a week for smaller groups. We tell you honestly what a tight date can support. If we cannot serve the morning well, we say so up front. Mother’s Day and Easter book out furthest and forgive the least delay. Weekday brunches offer the most last minute flexibility. Reach out today and we will check your date.

Yes, dietary planning is built into every brunch we cater. Late morning gatherings often span generations, which brings a wide range of needs to one table. Nut, dairy, gluten, and shellfish allergies get documented from the first call. Every platter gets labeled clearly so guests choose with confidence. Allergy items get prepped separately with dedicated utensils to reduce cross contact. Vegetarian guests find real options across the spread, never one lonely tray. Kids get simple, familiar plates that will not go to waste. Every guest deserves a full plate and a relaxed morning.

Food safety carries the plan from our kitchen to your table. Allergen ingredients stay separated through storage, prep, and service. Servers at staffed events know the contents of every dish they manage. Severe allergies can receive a fully separate, individually prepared plate. We confirm the final dietary count with the host before the date. Warm dishes get temperature monitoring across the whole event window. Cheese boards can include gluten free crackers alongside the breads. Careful process protects your guests and your peace of mind.

Accommodation never has to look like compromise at brunch. Fruit displays and salads fit nearly every diet beautifully. Deviled eggs are naturally gluten free and anchor the table for many restricted guests. The Hummus Board with Olives Cucumbers & Honey satisfies plant based guests with style. Gluten conscious guests can build full plates across most of our spread. Desserts can include options for common allergies on request. The accommodations blend in, so no guest feels singled out. Send us the needs with the RSVP list and we will build around them.
